I produce handmade sourdough bread, baked goods,and pastries. Every loaf is naturally leavened and made with responsibly sourced, as local as we can get, ingredients. I mix and shape every loaf by hand, let things ferment according to the day and season, and bake to bring out the best flavors in the grains.
I needed a lightweight brand for a website and social media marketing needs. I was inspired by the soft, rounded form of the bread and the sunny nature of being an optimist.
